Calm and Refresh Your Skin with Soothing Chamomile
It has astringent properties and cleanses and nourishes oily skin.
Ingredients
- 55g fresh chamomile flowers (or 30 g dried)
- 55g fresh rosemary sprouts
- 450g water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation
- Bring the water to a temperature of 90C
- Add the herbs and mix for 5 minutes on speed 1
- Pour everything into a sterilized bottle vessel, leave it overnight (at least 12 hours)
- Strain using a fine mesh strainer, or coffee filter paper for best results
- Add lemon juice and mix. Keep tightly closed in a refrigerator for up to 1 month
