Calm and Refresh Your Skin with Soothing Chamomile

It has astringent properties and cleanses and nourishes oily skin.

Ingredients

  • 55g fresh chamomile flowers (or 30 g dried)
  • 55g fresh rosemary sprouts
  • 450g water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

 

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a temperature of 90C
  • Add the herbs and mix for 5 minutes on speed 1
  • Pour everything into a sterilized bottle vessel, leave it overnight (at least 12 hours)
  • Strain using a fine mesh strainer, or coffee filter paper for best results
  • Add lemon juice and mix. Keep tightly closed in a refrigerator for up to 1 month
